Nataniev Ronin Horaire Lietal Shorthand Desamber Dictionaery

Created in 1998, Lietal is a synthetic language created as a linguistic experiment.

Basics

Welcome to the Lietal documentation. viro lietal ko taikit fo.

Phonology

For the most part, Lietal letters are voiced similarly to their english equivalents. Written from left to right with implicit neutrality, words and groups of word are both ruled by the same grammatical logics.

Morphology

Lietal constructs are built of phonemes(aeths), and are named childspeak. They are rythmical and syllabic, but take quite a long time to say.

# Childspeak dilali - tokafo ka totati fatati dijari? vo fatati dijojari. dila dijari.

The childspeak is condensed into adultspeak, a phonetically compressed form of their larger childspeak equivalent. This documentation is written in adultspeak.

# Adultspeak dialil - toakof ka toait fätit diajir? vo fätit diojjair. dila diajir.

Little Red Riding Hood

Whenever she went out, the little girl wore a red riding cloak, so everyone in the village called her Little Red Riding Hood. One morning, Little Red Riding Hood asked her mother if she could go to visit her grandmother as it had been awhile since they'd seen each other.

"That's a good idea," her mother said.

So they packed a nice basket for Little Red Riding Hood to take to her grandmother. When the basket was ready, the little girl put on her red cloak and kissed her mother goodbye.

"Remember, go straight to Grandma's house", her mother cautioned. "Don't dawdle along the way and please don't talk to strangers! The woods are dangerous."
